- Routine Ship Inspections: We typically get on new ships first and will provide our clients with an insider look sometimes even before the ship sails on its first cruise. We also take opportunities to inspect older ships to give us an idea of how well they are kept and whether we should recommend them to our clients. This enables us to report on changes or refurbishments that are made periodically during scheduled dry docks.

Education: We continually take courses and training from all of our travel partners and industry associations so that we are always current on the latest product offerings. These insightful programs allow us to brush up and learn about new destinations, ships, onboard services, promotions and many other topics that are important to our clients.
